Deep in Rubona, a village that sits quietly at the base of the Rwenzori Mountains, bright smiles from the country’s youngest residents light the space around them. The children find joy in simplicity. A soccer ball made from garbage bags provides hours of entertainment – because there’s nothing else. They have big dreams, to become doctors and lawyers, and even bigger spirits. But opportunity is rare. Building for Bridget will change that.

On February 6, 2023, we opened Kunihira Primary School and gave more than 250 children a safe space to learn. But there’s more to do. Help us help show them their dreams are possible.
